We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason and in the event of needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to do so within 10 working days. You have the right to cancel an order up until delivery has started. Depending upon business times this could be as little as a few minutes. Orders can only be cancelled by telephone. Orders cancelled before order preparation is started will be reimbursed using the same method used for payment.
